GoldFinger Glue On Nails

As a person who loves to change my nails all the time, I really enjoy using various glue on nails. This gives me the option to change up my nails often, even paint my own nails if I would like. My nails can look professional, without the professional price. Here I have used the brand GoldFinger which I purchased at a beauty supply store. For me personally, I really like using this Nailene Ultra Quick Nail Glue because I have found it holds better than the typical glue they provide you with in the box. Generally I have found with this glue the nails can last up to a week. Hope this is helpful and have a beautiful day :)

How to fix broken make-up powder amazing!!!!

I FOUND THIS SO USEFUL, THOUGHT I WOULD PASS IT ALONG! The cure to broken make-up powder :)

Here's all you'll need:
Broken powder makeup (powder, eyeshadow, or blush)
Rubbing alcohol (the higher the concentration, the better- I used 70)
Plastic wrap (optional, but keeps your fingers cleaner!
1. Gather all of the broken pieces of makeup into its original container, and crush the whole thing up (even the parts that may not have broken).
2. Add a few drops of rubbing alcohol to the compact, and let it soak in. Use your finger, the back of a spoon, or anything, really, to rub and smooth down the makeup. place a piece of plastic wrap over the top of the makeup, use your finger and rub the plastic wrap to smooth out the makeup. If the mixture is still too dry, then add a little more alcohol, and rub again.
3. Once your makeup is all smooth again, all you have to do is wait, preferably overnight. The alcohol has to dry out, and once it does your makeup will be totally back to normal, and the alcohol smell will be gone! My blush was perfect the next day

Fun nail ideas

Hi guys, below is a nail idea I did on my own nails. I used this brown OPI nail polish combined with this mint green nail polish gotten from forever 21 (actually works really well). I went to Fry's grocery store and they had these nail decals. I'm sure you could get them at Walmart, Walgreens, CVS any pharmacy that has a make-up section. First I painted my nails the brown and green coats, waited for them to completely dry and then applied a sticker of my choice on the ring finger of each hand. I took a small white design nail polish (kiss is a popular nail art brand you can find pretty much anywhere) and I applied the white design within the stencil design. The end result was as you can see below. Hope you guys like it and are inspired for ideas of your own as well! Thanks for reading and have a beautiful day :)

How to: No Cake Face

Hi everyone, I just created this profile so that I can blog and share some beauty advice and learn from others as well. Well I have decided for my first post to give everyone ideas on how to not have a "cakey face" after applying your make-up. This is a big concern of mine since I have oily skin and I am sure others of you out there are in the same boat. The first step is to apply primer to your face. This will make the surface of your skin smoother before you apply your foundation. Which then brings me to two, apply foundation. My biggest problem in the past is that I applied too much foundation. Really when you are applying you should just be covering your skin lightly with the foundation. If you are worried about blemishes, then you can apply concealer to those areas afterward. Third, you can apply a powder. However do not apply it all over your face (this has also been my problem in the past) instead just apply the powder to the areas of your skin that tend to get more oily (forehead, nose, chin also referenced as your T-Zone area). Fourth and lastly spray a light mist setting spray over your make-up to hold everything in place. For more ideas I would definitely visit http://www.makeupgeek.com/makeup-basics/how-to-avoid-a-cakey-face/ I also am very interested in any of your ideas as well. Thanks for reading and have a beautiful day!
