Newspaper Nails

#newspapernails step 1: gather your materials: nail color newspaper and a small amount of alcohol or rubbing alcohol. Step 2: apply your base coat, pick a light color so you can see the newspaper writing. Step 3: wrap the newspaper around your nail and dip it into the alcohol. Hold for ten seconds. And remove. Step 4: Ta Da you have beautiful nails :)
